Polina Marinova Pompliano is the founder of The Profile, a media outlet and newsletter that publishes long-form profiles of the world's most successful people. Polina reads millions of words each year and distills them into actionable, captivating stories that she releases to her audience every Sunday.

Before going full-time on The Profile, Polina spent years working at Fortune Magazine where she wrote Term Sheet, one of the largest venture capital and private equity dealmaking publications in the world. 

Prior to that, Polina graduated from The University of Georgia, where she was the editor and chief of the independent collegiate newspaper, The Red & Black.
