We interview each other about our first year of podcasting. We get into the nitty-gritty of the tactics we have learned for conducting good interviews, staying consistent, managing co-founder relationships, and avoiding quitting. We also document some of the best changes that have improved the show in the past and brainstorm ideas to make the show better in the future.
On March 24th, 2020, we released the first episode of The Louis and Kyle Show. Since then, we have published at least once a week, every week for one year. We have learned a ton about ourselves, business, life, and, of course, podcasting through the process.
Today, we sat down and discussed how we stayed consistent, what improvements we made over the year, and other tactical lessons the show has taught us.
