Notes

Mark Podolsky started buying small parcels of land in 2001 armed with only $3,000 and no real estate experience. Since then, he has transacted over 5,000 individual parcels, built technology to help himself and others scale the business, provided hundreds of people with the model and the lifestyle that comes with passive income, and wrote a book about creating passive income without renters, renovations, or rehabs.

Mark is the Managing Director of Frontier Properties and a Managing Member at Land Geek Enterprises.
